Today’s hyperdigitalisation has brought new challenges to those who are in charge of communicating cultural projects. On the one hand, it allowed for greater autonomy in contacting audiences and having access to faster communication strategies, which can be multiplied and have a low financial impact. On the other hand, the constant updating and the requirement to act simultaneously on multiple platforms puts pressure on small teams. In this course, we shall start with essential questions about how to communicate in a digital environment. How do we opt for different social media? What is the real difference between having a website and social networks? Will we be repeating the same content on all platforms? How does one organisations distinguish itself from another? With a theoretical and practical approach, we will create a set of solutions to address the most common basic problems in managing digital communication.
