Education services are an essential element for achieving the mission of cultural institutions. Often seen through a narrow prism, one that limits the scope of their activities to children, young people and school groups, education services are a key factor in creating meaningful and lasting relationships with people; people of all ages with diverse skills and knowledge. They build bridges of access to cultural activities, they contribute towards the elimination of social and intellectual barriers, they provide the tools for a person to question and wonder, they stimulate critical thinking and lead to discovery.

This training course addresses four general subjects:

Mission: consistency with the institution, the territory and the community
Programming: compromise between artistic creation, creative practice and educational intervention
Mediation: communication, inclusion and proximity to the public and other stakeholders
Evaluation: adequacy and relevance of objectives, strategies, actions and content
