Seminar
25 October 2025
Lisbon, Belém Library, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

The day after our annual conference, where Līva Kreislere will be the keynote speaker, we will have the opportunity to hear more about the concept of “cultural planning” and its practice.

In this seminar, participants will delve into various examples of cultural planning initiatives through memorabilia, materials, maps, photos, videos, and documentation, all of which will be available online later.

The second part of the seminar will consist of a speculative mapping exercise, aiming to broaden the understanding of “what culture is in the city” and learn about different creative mapping exercises that can be carried out at the neighborhood level.
